Life Skills: All SimBale Sports youth camp programs include a daily focus on lifetime sports skills and motivational techniques, including:

    image1  EXTREME  WEEK – Who needs a gym when your natural surroundings can be a creative and challenging athletic environment? This program begins with fundamental techniques for mind and body in bouldering and rock wall challenges, as well as  instruction in mountain biking expertise. The course also covers an introduction to gymnastic and tumbling, which provides the  foundation for ‘Parkour,’ a French term meaning the ‘art of displacement.’  With both indoor and outdoor Parkour exercises, SimBale     Sports develops the body and mind to move quickly and efficiently to overcome obstacles – and defy gravity.

      – Rock Wall Climbing / Bouldering / Slack ropes

      - Mountain Biking (bike and helmet are required)

      - Parkour / Tumbling / Acrobatics

     

    Hall of Fame Sports Week – Embodying the core mission of SimBale Sports, this four day program is designed to motivate and excite young people into becoming active and fit individuals throughout their lifetime.  This four day camp, offered in separate morning and afternoon sessions, is designed for the all-around athlete who loves variety.  Each sport will  emphasize basic skills along with the fun, challenging  and extreme activities that SimBale has become known for.

    The morning session runs from 9:00 to 11:30 with the afternoon session following from 12:00 to 2:30.

    -  Globetrotting Basketball

    -  Ultimate Volleyball

    -  Hall of Fame Hockey and Olympic Curling

    -  Action Sports Challenge

     

    Lucky Peak Week - This four day camp will reach out to the adventurous at heart who would like to improve their teamwork and life skills through loads of outdoor fun.  This camp offers both a morning session (9:30 to 12:00) and an afternoon session (12:30 to 3:00).  Each session will offer plenty of variety for anyone intersted in making this a full day camp!  Bike and helmet required on biking days.

                                                                                

     - Rafting and Frisbee 

     - Biking: basic skills and time trials  in the morning with hill and trail climbing in the afternoon

     - Camping Skills:  Fire and shelter building in the morning with orienteering and geo-caching in the afternoon

     - Wipe-out Day:  Mini tramp, swimming and other water activities 

     

    The Tipping Point Week – This four day camp is for the pre-competitive athlete that would like to develop their competitive skill, attitude and level of fitness.  Campers will be challenged to ‘step up’ their personal bar by developing and applying the Olympic principles into their athletic and personal lives.  The principles of  perserverance, work ethic and mental toughness will be taught through the popular sports of climbing, mountain biking, hiking and trail running.
